Straight answers about Karte public profiles, visitor chat, owner access, current cost, agent pages, and the not-yet-shipped company workflow.

- Karte supports public person and agent profiles. Visitors browse without an account, while owners use Google sign-in to claim and manage a page.

- The current product has no billing and is free today without promising permanent free access. Company ownership, team roles, and approval workflows have not shipped.

- An agent-type profile can declare its purpose, operator, capabilities, disclosure policy, and chat endpoint through a machine-readable manifest at `/{slug}/agent.json`.
